Wow , this is my first blog and i am excited, I am on a road to great health through prayer, meditation, relaxation, and realization... I use those 4 words because with prayer you can move mountains and believe in you, with meditation you can get in to deep thoughts of your goals and focus, relaxation brings a sense of calmness, no rush, take your time, relax it will happen, and realization,I have to realize that I have to be honest with my self and my goals, thats the only way to success and everlasting success,
What are my goals? well my main goal is to drop 30pds, by my birthday feb 11 2010, My weight has been an issue since I can remember, my heaviest 220 and my lowest (about 6yrs ago) 155. and i am 174 now, and I want to lose the weight to not only look better, move around more freely, wear anything, but to maintain a healthy life, I want to end the yo yo dieting, I want to end my addiction to food, I want to fight to great health and i will thru, prayer, meditation, relaxation, and meditation,
So where do I start, here, on my blog for the world to see and hopefully i will inspire others. I will be keeping a journal of my food intake every other day, i will be posting up weekly pictures, i will be posting up my weight every week, and posting up my w/o regime, and I will also take advise and comment from you to help me on my journey, have a blessed day, ms jazz.
