today is weigh in, and i am back on track, i lost 1pd, i am 169, which is pretty good after my wild food weekend, i also got back in to the gym and had a great workout, although i didnt get a chance to finish, because my thigh started hurting, i did 100 crunches, i walked 2miles, i did lower back and sides and trained my legs ang thighs
