journal day 29


breakfast- sea salt water followed by juice medly

w/o snack- banana

lunch- salad/baked chicken

snack- apple

dinner- veggie plate

I'm up and ready for a great day this morning, i weighed in today at 168, I'm excited cause i am back down, its been a mth since Ive started this health kick and Ive lost 6pds, i was hoping for 10 but i am happy for what i got but i can do better(i love food, lol) and i am saying that to remind my self of my goal and not to kick my self, 10pds a month is not bad i expect to loose 2pds a week at least and i can do it, I'm going to read over my previous blogs to see what changes i need to make,

Well I like to post pics of myself to see and show my improvement and as you can see with the picture above my outer thighs are taking shape, ive been working out 2 days a week on legs and thighs for the past 2 weeks, i like how they are taking shape, i have figure out a plan for the inside of my thighs,,, my upper body is taking great shape arms and shoulders and my upper abs. the problem i am having most is lower abs, hips , waist and buttocks,,, and normally Pilate's take care of that, i just gotta get my but in class.

As you see I have my meals all planed out today, i am doing a sea salt flush this morning which i do every two weeks and i will eventually move to a month, it a great cleansing for the body helps you move out that hard to get out waste and from there i will hit the gym for cardio.
