breakfast- egg white veggie omelet, banana
snk- grapefruit& honey due melon
lunch- ceaser salad w/out the chicken w/ 2pks of almonds
dinner- tuna and vegetables
okay where do i began, besides saying, WTF? i normally dont do this but until weigh ins, which are mondays, but i got on the scale this morning and i am up 2pds, 171, i thought i was out of the 7o's i was wrong, i am back in, and i know come monday i will be back down again, thats why i wish i would not have gotten on that scale! my metabolism is slow as heck, i believe the weight came from me eating golden corral over the week end, cause i have been doing pretty good this week, my workouts have been pretty good, ive been drinking plenty of water, i mean this really sucks! what a let down, i mean monday when i weighed in i was 169 and now i am 171, i dont get it!
I have a bad habit of sneaking in weigh ins. My weight fluctuates +/- 2 lbs throughout the day. It's best to reserve that one weigh-in time. I'm happy to see you sticking to your plan.
