  1. I try to stay about 1800. Then I have some room to do a killer day of exercise and have a monsterday of a deficit, or just do an average day of activity and still have deficits. At first I did not need to count calories, but after I lost about 50ish pounds it got more challenging, and I decided to go ahead with it.

    I think that if you can be successful without counting, leave it that way because it can get a little obsessive.

    You eat a ton of veggies and fruit... you are getting so many of your vitamins and minerals!! No need for a vitamin in the pill form when you eat like that!
