early morning w/o snack- banana, coffee
breakfast- grilled chix breast egg whites
lunch- small ceaser salad, w/2pks of almonds
dinner- bowl of fruit
I had a great w/o this morning. I ran 2miles and walked 2 miles, I worked on my abs and arms, So i am good on that end. I probably just do a 2 mile walk tomorrow if i get bored but thursday I will be full fledge in the gym doing pilates, firming the core. well i am of to a busy day getting my hair done and off to work to night
