brkfast- apple, banana, coffee
lunch- grilled chx ceaser salad w/2pks of almonds
snack- bowl of fruit, banana, cherries, blueberries
dinner- vegetable plate
late snack- honeydew melon and cantaloupe mix
TODAY MY GREAT HEATH IS GOING WELL, A LITTLE STRESSED OUT FOR NOTHING, I GUESS AFTER BEING STRESSED AND ANXIOUS SO LONG IT TAKE A WHILE FOR YOUR BODY TO KNOW THAT YOU DONT WANT THAT FEELIN NO MORE,, I HAD A GOOD W/O COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, I DID A 3 MILE WALK / RUN COMBO, 50 CRUNCHES AND LOWER BACK,, I WONT HIT THE GYM AGAIN UNTIL SATURDAY MORNING
If I did a 3 mile anything, I would die. Especially in the heat that we're having in Birmingham, AL.
ReplyDeleteI think with what your eating and the workouts that you're doing, you'll be fine. Just drink plenty of water.
Swimming would be good too.
