journal day4


brkfast- apple, banana, coffee

lunch- grilled chx ceaser salad w/2pks of almonds

snack- bowl of fruit, banana, cherries, blueberries

dinner- vegetable plate

late snack- honeydew melon and cantaloupe mix



TODAY MY GREAT HEATH IS GOING WELL, A LITTLE STRESSED OUT FOR NOTHING, I GUESS AFTER BEING STRESSED AND ANXIOUS SO LONG IT TAKE A WHILE FOR YOUR BODY TO KNOW THAT YOU DONT WANT THAT FEELIN NO MORE,, I HAD A GOOD W/O COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, I DID A 3 MILE WALK / RUN COMBO, 50 CRUNCHES AND LOWER BACK,, I WONT HIT THE GYM AGAIN UNTIL SATURDAY MORNING

  1. If I did a 3 mile anything, I would die. Especially in the heat that we're having in Birmingham, AL.

    I think with what your eating and the workouts that you're doing, you'll be fine. Just drink plenty of water.

    Swimming would be good too.
