journal day 1


morning w/o snack- banana, apple. coffee

w/o regime 4mile combination walk/run ,abs,back

brkfst- egg white vegetable omelete

lunch- grilled chix salad W/2pks of almonds (from wendys)

snack-3 carrots, banana

dinner- grilled chix w/asparagus

*note. i drink plenty of water
