dinner- ceaser salad 2pks of almond (no chicken)
late snack- banana
IVE LOST 3PDS THIS WEEK, A TOTAL OF 4PDS IN 2WEEKS,(170 TO DATE) NOT SO BAD, MATTER OF FACT 2PDS A WEEK IS SAFE AND HEALTHY,, I KNOW HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT FASTER THAN THIS BUT ITS NOT SAFE AND IT COME BACK ON FASTER AND MORE WEIGHT SO I AM DOING IT THIS WAY BECAUSE FOR ME I AM SEARCHING FOR GREAT HEALTH IN A WHOLE NO FADS.
I DID A MILE WALK IN THE HOT A?? SUN TODAY AND COULDN'T DO NO MORE, THE WEATHER IS HELL HERE IN SOUTH CAROLINA, I WILL NOT BE EATING NO MEAT THIS WEEK, INSTEAD A WHOLE LOT OF JUICES FRUIT AND VEGGIES, BECAUSE I AM ATTENDING MY UNCLE WEDDING SATURDAY AND WANNA PIG OUT THERE.
