breakfast- coffee, banana, apple
lunch- grilled chicken salad w/2pks of almonds
dinner- 1 pc baked chicken vegetables, blue berries & cherries
late snack-banana
I HAD A GREAT GREAT WORK OUT TODAY, I DID A MILE RUN AND A MILE WALK, 100 CRUNCHES, 4 SETS OF PUSH- UPS, I WORKED MY BICEPS AND MY TRICEPS AND OF COURSE MAY LOWER BACK ( THATS HOW I KEEP MY WAIST LINE SMALL).. I GUESS I GOT THE ENERGY AND THE MOTIVATION FROM RENTTING MY HOME BACK IN FLORIDA THATS BEEB ON THE MARKET FOR 3 MTHS, YEA! NOW IF I CAN CONTROLL ALL MY EATING I WILL GOOD TO GO.
