journal day 17


breakfast- a cup of supergreens vegetable drink (energy drink)

snk-1/2 apple 1/2 grapefruit

lunch- egg white vegetable omelete( asparagus, broccolli, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes) fruit

dinner- salad w/ iceburgh and romaine lettuce mix,, salad topping, honey mustard dressing


AS YOU KNOW THRU MY BLOGS I AM ALWAYS EATING A EGGWHITE VEGGIE OMELETE, BUT THIS THIS TIME I ADDED ASPARAGUS THXZ TO THE AMAZING ROB COOPER WHO HAS LOST TONS OF WEIGHT AND NOW ARE TEACHING OTHERS HIS JOURNEY, VISIT HIS WEBSITE AT http://www.robcooper.com/. i also added brocolli to my normal onions, tomatoes, amd mushrooms and it was good, i ate that after my workout, so the protein was needed.

I HAD A GREAT WORKOUT, 2MILE RUN, 2 MILE WALK, 100 CRUNCHES, 4 SETS OF 10 REPS SITUPS, LOWER BACK AND SIDES, FELT REALLY GOOD, I WILL DO LEGS ON FRIDAY
