Today is weigh in, Its been a week today and I've lost 1pd! i thought i would have lost more but i was wrong, but i can tell a difference in my clothes, so i probably lost more in inches, i am kinda disappointed but i am happy at the same time, cause i haven't gained weight and i am in more control of what I'm eating and i am not starving myself.
For breakfast i did a salt bath 8oz of luke warm water and a level spoon of sea salt, and i cleaned my inside this is a great laxative, the taste is horrible but it will do the trick of cleansing the entire digestive system to the colon,, for best result take a form of laxative the night before at bed time,(preferably smooth move)
Keep up the good work. Don't be discouraged about the "amount" of weight lost because it is a process. The key is to remember to burn more calories than you take in (but I think you know that). What is your daily caloric intake supposed to be while you are losing weight? Your diet (meaning the foods you eat)make be over that number of calories that you are supposed to be taking in. So watch what you eat and how MUCH of that you eat. For example, if you still get salads from Wendy's the calories in the dressing and the almonds probably have just as many calories as a salad that you make at home (that particular salad from Wendy's has 490 calories, 290 fat calories, 32 grams of fat,1210 mg of sodium and 20 grams of carbs). I say all of that because I have learned that while eating healthier everything that we think is healthy may not be. Another tip, drink the coldest water possible. Your body will burn 7 calories just trying to warm the water up so that it can be distributed properly throughout your body (drinking room temperature or warm water is easier for the body to take in and get to muscles and organs).
