journal day 27th


breakfast- egg white vegetable omelet

snack- fruit medley- honey dew melon, banana

lunch- grilled chicken salad

dinner -cup of carrot juice

late snack- apple

Today is gonna be a pretty good day today, im about to hit the gym for a good workout since i didn't make it yesterday,, i will run 2miles and walk to miles, train my legs and thighs and leg raises for the abs, i will do a light dinner because i will be doing heavy breakfast and lunch (rest in peace Micheal Jackson)
