journal day 26




breakfast- coffee


lunch- grilled chix ceaser salad w/ 2pks of almonds


dinner bowl of vegetables (asparagus and sweet peas mixed)


late nite snack - coffee banana


Well i didnt have my coffee this morning so i will indulge in a cup b4 i head to work, i had a late busy night last night and the same tonight, so i didnt work out but i will put it in tomorrow, ive been lazy today spent most of my day in the bed catching up on rest, which was much needed, now i am full of energy and ready for another prosperous night
