early mornng snack-banana
w/o walked 1 mile
brkfast- 3 egg white vegetable omelet, grilled chix, fruit(canteloupe,and honey dew mix)
lunch- apple and carrot mix
dinner- grilled chix ceaser salad w/2pks of almonds
late snack-banana
today i was not supose to work out but i got bored and did a 1 mile walk, cause i know i wanted to eat a big brkfast, and it was delicious, follwed by a glass of orange juice and 1 liter of water,, i drink a lotta lotta water, now i am just full as a bull just waitn to eat my healthy but boring lunch,, yall have a great day and stay blessed.
