lunch- grilled chx salad w/2pks of almonds
snack- bowl of fruit
dinner-veggie plate
today was suppose to an extreme workout for me but my plans were axed, so i did core work at the crib and will be back in the swing of things tomorrow, didnt eat much today besides lunch but i am keeping myself watered up, i can feel the weight loss and see i will have a video of my typical weight loss coming soon
