dinner -ceaser salad w/ baked chicken and fruit--
okay toady was my fifth day going with out meat, but i broke it today during dinner, and i feel over full and horrible, i overate and i am miserable and tomorrow is my uncles wedding and i want to pig out but come monday for weigh in i am gonna regret it, so let the right choices began!
