breakfast- eggwhite vegetable, mixed fruit
snack, banana
w/o 2mile run 1 mile walk, back legs mid section
lunch- grilled chicken ceaser salad
dinner- bowl of vegetables and fruit
Wow its been a week since i started my fight to great health, i weigh in tomorrow, so i am excited, M y week went goo but it could have been better, i have to watch the over eating on meals and my porportions, other than that i am satisfied and happy, i will get better, im still excited!
