journal day3




brkfast- egg white vegetable omelet, grilled chix, 1 slice white toast, glassof cranberry juice


lunch- small ceaser salad w/2 pks of almonds, carrots, banana


snack- apple


dinner- vegetable plate-sweet peas,green beans


late snack- banana


plenty of water, water, water, water, water, water, water. (I cant express how important it is to drink a lot of water 8oz or more a day, water is a natural laxative, it keeps the body replenish, continues to remove toxins out the body and keeps you regular.
