dinner- squash, green beans, baked chicken
Just getting back in from Hot Atlanta I had to financial aide my son back in to school, yes i have a teenager who goes to Clark Atlanta for Broadcasting and Communications, and I am so proud of him, his growth in becoming an adult is happiness for me, he still has a lot of growing to do and I will continue to stick by him no matter what cause he has been down with me and my dreams from day one.
I didn't get a chance to workout today since i've been so busy, but i will 2morrow, lets see, I took john and Tuck to one of my girlfriends ole man Soul food Restaurant in Decatur, and we pigged out there,, I started not to eat but i did, the portions were good so my diet will be okay, I think I can afford it, we will see in a couple of days, my metabolism is so slow!
I am glad you enjoyed a treat... a once in a while tastytasty won't hurt anything in the long run... plus you don't want to spend all of your time with friends watching them eat. I like to enjoy about 1/3 of whatever I want- it keeps the calories in check!
