breakfast- banana coffee
snack-- carrots
lunch- sweet peas and sml salad
snack- apple
dinner- ceaser salad w/2pks of almonds
I weighed in today at 161, and from here Im going forward, with lots of prayer this is hard, its a life long battle for me, but i plan to win, a 13pd lost to date, (keep strengthing me lord) prayer, meditation, dedication,,, im on my way out for a 4mile wale walk and run outside b-4 the sun comes out
