breakfast- egg white omelet, grilled chix tomato slices
snack- banana, coffee
lunch- grilled chix salad
dinner- veggie plate
I am about to hit the gym, 2mile walk 2mile run, legs and core(mid section), today i will be putting it in hard in the gym since i haven't been in a couple of days, although i did a mile walk yesterday....
