snack- cup of carrot juice
lunch - grilled chk salad
snack- 5 carrots w/ranch dressing
dinner- veggie plate
plenty of water water water

workout Monday- 2mile walk- abs
Tuesday-2mile walk 2-mile run
Wednesday- 2mile walk 2mile run
legs and thigh train- abs and back
Thursday- 2mile walk-leg raises
Friday- 2mile walk 2mile run- arm train
abs and lower back
Saturday- no workout
Sunday- 2mile walk 2mile run abs , legs
and arm train

Wow Ive been busy watching Michael Jackson memorial, now that it is over i can get back to me,,, above is my diet and workout for the week July 6 thru 12th,, i am finding it easier for me to plan like this since i am so busy working this month,, I will be doing a video Sunday on my typical workout in the gym, in hopes that it will help someone on their workout plan,,, i will be hitting my work out hard this week but will be going back to 3 days a week next week cause i will be doing a vegetarian week next week,, above is my diet and work out..
