So far this week has been great except for last night when a 2hr ride turned in to a 4 and a half ride,, i got lost, the hell with mapquest, lol, but any who I didnt result to Popeyes,, I had a great workout today and wednesday, today I trained my legs and did 1 mile walk and 1 mile run, stomach crunches and back, wednesday i did 2mile walk and 2mile run along with stomach crunches and lower back, and sides, I also worked out on Monday.
My diet is bck on track for brkfast i have been doing yogurt and bananas, lunch has been grilled chicken salads and dinners has been veggie plates with, grilled shrimp, chicken or fish. I also have been snacking on alot of fruits and carrots,, and drinking plenty of water.
