dinner- grilled chicken salad
Wow 9 more days left in this month, this month is going by fast, today is weigh in,I am still at 165, well at least i haven't gained,so i am happy about that and i feel good, um i haven't worked out since Saturday, but i had a good work out when i did, today I wont be working out, I am on my way to Florida to Pick up Lil Summer, (my niece) she will be spending 2days with me in Carolina, i will be taking her, to Frankie"s Fun Park and Caro winds, she like my son doesn't have a father in life, like my son didn't growing up, ans her moms be at work all the time, leaving her home by her self, so i want to get her for a couple of days and spend some time with her, my heart gets heavy for kids, especially for good kids who didn't ask to come in such a emotional world
