breakfast- coffee, banana, water, water

lunch- grilled chicken salad, w/2pks of almonds

dinner- a health drink

late snack- banana

U C IT! YEP, U C IT!, I am down, 2pds, not much but i am down! I am out of the 160's... 14pds to go, i am focused now,,, this week will be a lot of water, fruit, and health drinks in my diet, and for lunch i am going to continue to spoil myself with Wendys Grilled Chix Salad w/2pks of almonds,, hey. its working for me, As far as working out, im on my way right now,, 4mile in the gym run and walk combo and abs,,,,

  1. Great job!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!! I love that you can eat the same thing over and over, and not waver from your goals. I think some people are gifted with the ability to just eat what needs to be eaten, and no more! Great job this week. Two pounds IS a bunch when you are in the 160's lady!! GIVE YOURSELF SOME CREDIT, DANCE AROUND... YOU ARE KICKING SOME ASS!
