breakfast- bowl of fruit, coffee
lunch- grilled chicken salad
snack- banana
dinner- vege dish
I weighed in to day still at 157, I am not stuck, Ive not been eating at best so I need to regroup and think things over, am I content with my current weight, or am I gonna get back focus? cause for the last two weeks I have not been focus on my goal.. I think I am getting to comfi with my new weight that does look good on me but if I don't watch it I will gain weight back, and I ain't trying to do that....
My workouts are going strong but science proved your weight loss consist of 80 % of what you eat and 20 % of your workout,,,, so if you are not eating a healthy diet those workouts dont count,,,Im on my way to the gym now,,,,,,,, lets get focused!
