my fight to great health


brkfast- banana

lunch= grilled chickesn salad, 2pks of almonds

dinner baked chix, fruit

late night snack- coffee, water

I am grateful to say I have 8 followers, thx you for following my blog ,, I try to keep you entertained with photos and videos and good heath topics,, again thx you,, having said that my food can be boring and repetitive but it is working for me,,, My girl and high school class mate Nikki Frenney joked with me about eating so many grilled chix ceaser salads, she said I'm gonna turn into one if I keep eating them,, I thought that was so funny, made my day,lol, but to be honest I have been eating those for years (from Wendys) and they are my little treats,, I gain no weight them and generally have a good bowel movement, just watch your dressing portions I use one pack,, thats where the fat comes in, and thats the good thing about Wendys, the dressing is on the side, but at a dine in restaurant they put the dressing on for you,,, thats a no no, tell them you want ot on the side, no croutons, and you will be on your way to a healthy start.

I did a 2 mile power walk today, and loaded up on a lot of water just flushing my system, keeping things moving, I will be hittting the gym hard tomorrow,,
