my fight to great health
Goodmorning. yesterday was weigh in but i didnt get around to posting,I have lost 2pds i am 157, slowly slowly creeping off but i love it, I must say this is the longest it has ever taken me to loose weight, but that goes to show you the difference between fad dieting to fighting for great health
My workout bad been cut back because I have had a lot of working to do, this pass Saturday I had A full workout, legs, arm, abs, back, and Cardio, Sunday and Monday I lost focus and walked 1 mile on both days, Today I will be doing full body again and will return to the gym on Thursday morning...:-)
