lunch- grilled Tilapia and Asparagus & house salad
dinner-- something light;-)
I had an awesome workout and a great lunch,,, I did 4 miles in the neighborhood, I walked the flats and ran the hills something I never do but my ole man was with me and motivated me, he is in good shape, has a great athletic body, but I rarely work out with him cause he has a tendency of pushing me to hard,, I will hit the gym again Sunday.
I had a great lunch that will last me for about 5hrs b4 I eat anything else, I cooked grilled tilapia, Asparagus and a house salad,, followed by a liter of water and my daily vitamin intake,,which are ;;;
garlic- has so many benefit but I personally take mines to lower my cholesterol
Ester-C-- I take for my calcium and my immune system as a whole
Flax seed oil - for my hair and nails
Fish oil- for my heart health
I have been taken these vitamins and herbs for years it works forme, before taken in any vitamins or herbs consult your physician first and remember, with every good benefit there is a side affect
