Rejuvenated

I am back on point and full of energy again, yes! i had 2 days of incredible workouts, I took a Total Body Fit class on Monday And a pilates class today, followed by cardio, and I feel great. Its amazing how one day your body feels up 2 it and the next day it doesn't, I believe mine came from drinking to much Liquor, I was getting carried away, not again,

Struggling

This is day 3 for me that Ive been struggling in the gym, Today I only walked 1 mile and yesterday I did a fitness class and walked 2 miles, I normally have so much more energy than that, I was struggling to get that finished, and I think mainly be cause I've been drinking to much liquor,Recently Ive been drinking every night which is not normal for me, so I cut that out Wednesday, yes, thats it for me, for a while anyways, my mind wants to go hard but my body dont..

Happy Monday

Up and away,,,, On my way to the gym for a fresh early morning star, a lil tired though, the "Time Change" thing has me a little groggy, yea, the time went up an hour over the weekend, my plan is to take a fitness class and do my normal 2mile walk and run,,,,,

Got it in!

Today I got it in,, I work my tilly tail off.. I was about to give up but I kept it moving... I did my 2 mile walk/2 mile run, that Ive been doing since the beginning of the year, 4 sets of push up, 4 sets of leg raises, lunges, lower back, abs, and sides,,, ummm did I leave any thing out, naw I think I put it all in.. Then I ate a late Brkfast, Grilled chx and egg white omelet along with a sml ceaser salad... Im good now, I just gotta wash it down with some water.....
Tuesday was also a good day at the gym, I was joined with a cpl of girlfriends, we did a 15 minute ab class, and cardio, then we had lunch at the Olive Garden, Wednesday was the norm for me, I had a good work out that day too, Tomorrow I am looking forward to taking a strengthing class

Today was a late start for me, I umm was tired from a late night at work, but I did attempt to workout but I didnt finish,, I walked 2miles and did 4 sets of push-ups and 1 set of leg raises,,, but thats okay I will get it in 2moro....

March Motivation

"Motivation" key word, I am making it happen and so can you, I just left the gym and had a great work out, walked 2miles, ran 2miles,leg raises, push ups, legs, abs and lower back. COME ON WHAT R U WAITING ON, LETS GET MOVING!
