On My Way 2 da Gym

Yes I am on my way 2 da gym, Im pretyy excited cause I will be doing something new today..I will be attending a Group Fitness class called Total Body Work out. Its an 1hr class that strengthens all of your major muscles, Barbells, free weights, tubing, gliding disk and other equipment maybe used. Im excited cause it will be not only challenging but something other than cardio,Since the New year Ive been walking 2mile and running 2 miles everyday, yes everyday! Ive probaly missed a day or two somewhere in there and thats because of my wor schedule but other than that its been an every day thing
