I'm up and ready for a great day this morning, i weighed in today at 168, I'm excited cause i am back down, its been a mth since Ive started this health kick and Ive lost 6pds, i was hoping for 10 but i am happy for what i got but i can do better(i love food, lol) and i am saying that to remind my self of my goal and not to kick my self, 10pds a month is not bad i expect to loose 2pds a week at least and i can do it, I'm going to read over my previous blogs to see what changes i need to make,

Well I like to post pics of myself to see and show my improvement and as you can see with the picture above my outer thighs are taking shape, ive been working out 2 days a week on legs and thighs for the past 2 weeks, i like how they are taking shape, i have figure out a plan for the inside of my thighs,,, my upper body is taking great shape arms and shoulders and my upper abs. the problem i am having most is lower abs, hips , waist and buttocks,,, and normally Pilate's take care of that, i just gotta get my but in class.

As you see I have my meals all planed out today, i am doing a sea salt flush this morning which i do every two weeks and i will eventually move to a month, it a great cleansing for the body helps you move out that hard to get out waste and from there i will hit the gym for cardio.

Well i didnt have my coffee this morning so i will indulge in a cup b4 i head to work, i had a late busy night last night and the same tonight, so i didnt work out but i will put it in tomorrow, ive been lazy today spent most of my day in the bed catching up on rest, which was much needed, now i am full of energy and ready for another prosperous night

okay where do i began, besides saying, WTF? i normally dont do this but until weigh ins, which are mondays, but i got on the scale this morning and i am up 2pds, 171, i thought i was out of the 7o's i was wrong, i am back in, and i know come monday i will be back down again, thats why i wish i would not have gotten on that scale! my metabolism is slow as heck, i believe the weight came from me eating golden corral over the week end, cause i have been doing pretty good this week, my workouts have been pretty good, ive been drinking plenty of water, i mean this really sucks! what a let down, i mean monday when i weighed in i was 169 and now i am 171, i dont get it!

I HAD A GREAT GREAT WORK OUT TODAY, I DID A MILE RUN AND A MILE WALK, 100 CRUNCHES, 4 SETS OF PUSH- UPS, I WORKED MY BICEPS AND MY TRICEPS AND OF COURSE MAY LOWER BACK ( THATS HOW I KEEP MY WAIST LINE SMALL).. I GUESS I GOT THE ENERGY AND THE MOTIVATION FROM RENTTING MY HOME BACK IN FLORIDA THATS BEEB ON THE MARKET FOR 3 MTHS, YEA! NOW IF I CAN CONTROLL ALL MY EATING I WILL GOOD TO GO.

today is weigh in, and i am back on track, i lost 1pd, i am 169, which is pretty good after my wild food weekend, i also got back in to the gym and had a great workout, although i didnt get a chance to finish, because my thigh started hurting, i did 100 crunches, i walked 2miles, i did lower back and sides and trained my legs ang thighs

today is fathers day and we are still in florida, so me and my boyfriend decided to go out to eat, and we wanted to do it buffet style,, he is kool and a great supporter with what i eat, i am jealous of him though he has a great body he can eat any thing and not gain weight, any ways enough of him, imma slip a fat gene in his drink, lol, so we did Golden Corral, and i pigged out, but i was suppose to if you are followin my blogs, i worked hard for this, up until friday i didnt eat no meat, just fruit ,vegetables, juice and a whole lot of water, so i went to the buffet 3 times, come tomorrow i will be back on track

ok this is the day of my uncles wedding and we are late, i got off work late so i slept in late, the wedding is in orlando florida, and i am in columbia south carolina a 7 hr drive, weddin starts at 4 and i didnt get up till12noon and hit the road at 230, boy were we late, so yes i miss the wedding and the food but we did meet family and friends over to my uncles house for the wedding party, where i ate some wings, but i had already pigged out on 2much grilled chix salad w/ almonds anyways, so i was fine, and had a great time

I did a 2mile walked this morning, followed by leg raises, not to much today, just enough and felt pretty good, tomorrow, i am hoping to hit the gym if i am not to tired, after my late night at work. I am looking to invest in green drink, but i am not sure cause i eat a lot of vegetables already, but maybe to drink it every now and then will be more healthy.

IVE LOST 3PDS THIS WEEK, A TOTAL OF 4PDS IN 2WEEKS,(170 TO DATE) NOT SO BAD, MATTER OF FACT 2PDS A WEEK IS SAFE AND HEALTHY,, I KNOW HOW TO LOOSE WEIGHT FASTER THAN THIS BUT ITS NOT SAFE AND IT COME BACK ON FASTER AND MORE WEIGHT SO I AM DOING IT THIS WAY BECAUSE FOR ME I AM SEARCHING FOR GREAT HEALTH IN A WHOLE NO FADS.

Today is weigh in, Its been a week today and I've lost 1pd! i thought i would have lost more but i was wrong, but i can tell a difference in my clothes, so i probably lost more in inches, i am kinda disappointed but i am happy at the same time, cause i haven't gained weight and i am in more control of what I'm eating and i am not starving myself.

For breakfast i did a salt bath 8oz of luke warm water and a level spoon of sea salt, and i cleaned my inside this is a great laxative, the taste is horrible but it will do the trick of cleansing the entire digestive system to the colon,, for best result take a form of laxative the night before at bed time,(preferably smooth move)

i started off good this morning, but when lunch came i over did it, i went back for 2nds then 3rds(lol) although it was a healthy meal i went way overboard, i know it and i am writing it down, i mean that meal put me to sleep, hey what can i say i am a good cook, i didnt work out 2 day cause i went out of town and worked and was tired and i will be going out of time tonight so we will see if i feel up to working out tomorrow, if not imma keep my body filled with water to keep everything moving, besides sometimes its good to stay out the gym and let the muscle and body heal and rest

plenty of water, water, water, water, water, water, water. (I cant express how important it is to drink a lot of water 8oz or more a day, water is a natural laxative, it keeps the body replenish, continues to remove toxins out the body and keeps you regular.

my food intake today is simple and repetative, because its a busy day for me, and that means i will be eating on the go, and normally its fast food, and when that happens i run for wendys, they have awesome grilled chix ceaser salads, really this is a typical everyday lunch meal for me, along with 2pks of almonds,(almonds are very good for a the digestive system you are sure to have a bowel movement with these) you also dont want to eat to many almonds cause they are weight gainers.



My brkfast is up and down, sometimes i eat 2 brkfast depending on my work out, but it normally starts off light with a banana or apple or both, along with coffee, then i go w/o,, and if i am still hungry i wiil make me a egg white vegetable omelet,, i snack 2 to 3 times a day, normally on carrots(good for the eyes), cherries(expensive, but good for the heart and fight against cancer) blueberries( a great antioxidant )

My Fight To Great Health (The Start)

Wow , this is my first blog and i am excited, I am on a road to great health through prayer, meditation, relaxation, and realization... I use those 4 words because with prayer you can move mountains and believe in you, with meditation you can get in to deep thoughts of your goals and focus, relaxation brings a sense of calmness, no rush, take your time, relax it will happen, and realization,I have to realize that I have to be honest with my self and my goals, thats the only way to success and everlasting success,
What are my goals? well my main goal is to drop 30pds, by my birthday feb 11 2010, My weight has been an issue since I can remember, my heaviest 220 and my lowest (about 6yrs ago) 155. and i am 174 now, and I want to lose the weight to not only look better, move around more freely, wear anything, but to maintain a healthy life, I want to end the yo yo dieting, I want to end my addiction to food, I want to fight to great health and i will thru, prayer, meditation, relaxation, and meditation,
So where do I start, here, on my blog for the world to see and hopefully i will inspire others. I will be keeping a journal of my food intake every other day, i will be posting up weekly pictures, i will be posting up my weight every week, and posting up my w/o regime, and I will also take advise and comment from you to help me on my journey, have a blessed day, ms jazz.
