Went to the mall yesterday for a Thx givin fit, I thoght I was in a 12, 13, to my suprise I am a 9/10, easily, I was really shocked, it may have come from me detoxing

Oh My God, will someone please stop me from eating! I ate at my ole man's family house,(who were really good to me, genuine people) they had so much food, baked chix fallen of the bone, turkey, ham, fried catfish, winglets, sweddish meatballs,zuchinni squash casserole, mac&cheese, carrots, corn, green beans, blk eye pe...as,stuffin, collrards with and w/o the meat, Red velvet cake, banana puddin, potatoe pie, and so much more, I thought I was at a buffet, and Im still eatn

Getting Back on Track


I went to the South Carolina State Fair yesterday and had a ball,,,, Great exercise, we walked for about 2hrs, and I ate some of their big juicy wings, 9 for 9 dollars, Now it is time for me to get back on track,,,
Today I will be eating the norm , banana and yogurt for breakfast. grilled chicken salad for lunch and baked chicken and veges for dinner,,, and loads of water,I will be doing between a 4 to 6mile walk and run outside in the cool weather which is perfect for me

Ive been working out religiously, Im talking about 4mile run/walk for the last 5 days, and I am filled with energy on top of energy, not only have I been doing cardio, I've been working out on abs, arms and legs,,,
My eating habits is another story, for the most part Ive been doing pretty good but I have been eating a few sugary foods too, which is a no no in my diet, so I gotta get back on track, I am not perfect I get that sweet tooth sometimes, and I eat something sweet so I wont indulge,
Brkfast-Horehound herb tea, 5 carrots, 2 tangerines, banana

I have been pretty busy working and alot of other things,,, I have maintained a good diet just eating to much on some days, I have been doing a lot of cardio but tomorrow I will be in the gym doing Pilates, and cardio, Im doing a 3 day Detox using the Maple Syrup starting tomorrow, wish me well.

Today is going well. I am in good spirits and tons of energy, I had a good workout, 2mile run, 2 mile power walk, 2- 4 sets of leg raises, abs, lowerback and sides,,,I will return to the gym on Wednesday and next week I will be starting Pilates,

Today for dinner I will be trying something new, Butter Squash and Lamb Chops, My boyfriend and I picked the Butter Squash out of his cousin Garden, so I am excited about this, I will be posting picture and how to cook the Butter Squash, you can also buy from your local grocer

Happy Labor Day...

Today is weigh in, ! am at my current weight 157 and I am so surprise, I thought I may have gained but luckily I didn't,,, I haven't weighted in in 2 weeks cause I know Ive been of the off side how ever maybe its the water, I've been drinking 4 to 6 liters a day, not to mention I've been working out too.. Happy Sunday, we are all blessed to be breathing, I am anyways! My mind is focus my bills are payed up and I am slowly crawling out of debt,,,, Anyways my diet is going good,my weight is up and down, right now its down because I have been working everyday,staying busy, my job itself is a workout, However I still have to watch what I eat...
Yesterday me and my ole man went to Carabas and I had a sweet Iced Tea a Fried Calamari for a appetizer (ok I need a spanking) and a Grilled chix ceaser Salad,,, It was great! We ate outside, the weather was nice, the service was great I had no complaints.

I had an awesome workout and a great lunch,,, I did 4 miles in the neighborhood, I walked the flats and ran the hills something I never do but my ole man was with me and motivated me, he is in good shape, has a great athletic body, but I rarely work out with him cause he has a tendency of pushing me to hard,, I will hit the gym again Sunday.

I had a great lunch that will last me for about 5hrs b4 I eat anything else, I cooked grilled tilapia, Asparagus and a house salad,, followed by a liter of water and my daily vitamin intake,,which are ;;;


garlic- has so many benefit but I personally take mines to lower my cholesterol

Ester-C-- I take for my calcium and my immune system as a whole

Flax seed oil - for my hair and nails

Fish oil- for my heart health


I have been taken these vitamins and herbs for years it works forme, before taken in any vitamins or herbs consult your physician first and remember, with every good benefit there is a side affect

I am grateful to say I have 8 followers, thx you for following my blog ,, I try to keep you entertained with photos and videos and good heath topics,, again thx you,, having said that my food can be boring and repetitive but it is working for me,,, My girl and high school class mate Nikki Frenney joked with me about eating so many grilled chix ceaser salads, she said I'm gonna turn into one if I keep eating them,, I thought that was so funny, made my day,lol, but to be honest I have been eating those for years (from Wendys) and they are my little treats,, I gain no weight them and generally have a good bowel movement, just watch your dressing portions I use one pack,, thats where the fat comes in, and thats the good thing about Wendys, the dressing is on the side, but at a dine in restaurant they put the dressing on for you,,, thats a no no, tell them you want ot on the side, no croutons, and you will be on your way to a healthy start.

I did a 2 mile power walk today, and loaded up on a lot of water just flushing my system, keeping things moving, I will be hittting the gym hard tomorrow,,

I weighed in to day still at 157, I am not stuck, Ive not been eating at best so I need to regroup and think things over, am I content with my current weight, or am I gonna get back focus? cause for the last two weeks I have not been focus on my goal.. I think I am getting to comfi with my new weight that does look good on me but if I don't watch it I will gain weight back, and I ain't trying to do that....

My workouts are going strong but science proved your weight loss consist of 80 % of what you eat and 20 % of your workout,,,, so if you are not eating a healthy diet those workouts dont count,,,Im on my way to the gym now,,,,,,,, lets get focused!

Goodmorning. yesterday was weigh in but i didnt get around to posting,I have lost 2pds i am 157, slowly slowly creeping off but i love it, I must say this is the longest it has ever taken me to loose weight, but that goes to show you the difference between fad dieting to fighting for great health
My workout bad been cut back because I have had a lot of working to do, this pass Saturday I had A full workout, legs, arm, abs, back, and Cardio, Sunday and Monday I lost focus and walked 1 mile on both days, Today I will be doing full body again and will return to the gym on Thursday morning...:-)

Just getting back in from Hot Atlanta I had to financial aide my son back in to school, yes i have a teenager who goes to Clark Atlanta for Broadcasting and Communications, and I am so proud of him, his growth in becoming an adult is happiness for me, he still has a lot of growing to do and I will continue to stick by him no matter what cause he has been down with me and my dreams from day one.

I didn't get a chance to workout today since i've been so busy, but i will 2morrow, lets see, I took john and Tuck to one of my girlfriends ole man Soul food Restaurant in Decatur, and we pigged out there,, I started not to eat but i did, the portions were good so my diet will be okay, I think I can afford it, we will see in a couple of days, my metabolism is so slow!

Today i will be doing a salt water flush to my body, thats luke warm water and seasalt, followed by alot of water and some orange juice to quickly replace the nutrients and vitamins i lost from the flush, because the sea salt flush takes every thing out of you from head to toe, you will be visiting the bathroom for bout an hour, but when done you feel so good..... its better than a colonics, just taste horrible,,, but b4 i do that imma hit the gym

Wow 9 more days left in this month, this month is going by fast, today is weigh in,I am still at 165, well at least i haven't gained,so i am happy about that and i feel good, um i haven't worked out since Saturday, but i had a good work out when i did, today I wont be working out, I am on my way to Florida to Pick up Lil Summer, (my niece) she will be spending 2days with me in Carolina, i will be taking her, to Frankie"s Fun Park and Caro winds, she like my son doesn't have a father in life, like my son didn't growing up, ans her moms be at work all the time, leaving her home by her self, so i want to get her for a couple of days and spend some time with her, my heart gets heavy for kids, especially for good kids who didn't ask to come in such a emotional world

So far this week has been great except for last night when a 2hr ride turned in to a 4 and a half ride,, i got lost, the hell with mapquest, lol, but any who I didnt result to Popeyes,, I had a great workout today and wednesday, today I trained my legs and did 1 mile walk and 1 mile run, stomach crunches and back, wednesday i did 2mile walk and 2mile run along with stomach crunches and lower back, and sides, I also worked out on Monday.
My diet is bck on track for brkfast i have been doing yogurt and bananas, lunch has been grilled chicken salads and dinners has been veggie plates with, grilled shrimp, chicken or fish. I also have been snacking on alot of fruits and carrots,, and drinking plenty of water.

Popeye's chicken "we do chicken right"! lol is that their slogan? Well if not i ate it 2days last week,I weighed in today and i am up 3pds, I weight 165... I had a very very stressful week last week which was about to go in to depression but I had to bounce out of that b4 it went to far, so i went to church yesterday for guidance and had Popeyes after service,(funny huh) (i had popeyes thursday too, thats when my stress began. now I need to find motivation to get back on track, the stress is still here, maybe I need to get my nails and toes done and relax a little


My workouts last week were great I did 4 days out of the 6, I love to workout but if I am not eatn properly its useless for me,I still gained 3 pds, What you put in your body is so important. its amazing the affect food has on your body, I still didnt do the workout video, but it is coming, i am so looking forward to sharing my workout with you, stay tuned.

i am down down down down, did i say down, yep i can walk around naked i am so happy, i weigh in today at 162, thats a 12pound lost from since i started a month and one week ago,, boy, i deserve this, only 22 pds to go, and yes i can do this,,,, chk my before and after pics above,,,

this week i will go back to more fluids and veges and yogurt, 1 meat a day if any,, i will have my meal plan for the week up tomorrow as well as my workout plan

I'm up and ready for a great day this morning, i weighed in today at 168, I'm excited cause i am back down, its been a mth since Ive started this health kick and Ive lost 6pds, i was hoping for 10 but i am happy for what i got but i can do better(i love food, lol) and i am saying that to remind my self of my goal and not to kick my self, 10pds a month is not bad i expect to loose 2pds a week at least and i can do it, I'm going to read over my previous blogs to see what changes i need to make,

Well I like to post pics of myself to see and show my improvement and as you can see with the picture above my outer thighs are taking shape, ive been working out 2 days a week on legs and thighs for the past 2 weeks, i like how they are taking shape, i have figure out a plan for the inside of my thighs,,, my upper body is taking great shape arms and shoulders and my upper abs. the problem i am having most is lower abs, hips , waist and buttocks,,, and normally Pilate's take care of that, i just gotta get my but in class.

As you see I have my meals all planed out today, i am doing a sea salt flush this morning which i do every two weeks and i will eventually move to a month, it a great cleansing for the body helps you move out that hard to get out waste and from there i will hit the gym for cardio.

okay where do i began, besides saying, WTF? i normally dont do this but until weigh ins, which are mondays, but i got on the scale this morning and i am up 2pds, 171, i thought i was out of the 7o's i was wrong, i am back in, and i know come monday i will be back down again, thats why i wish i would not have gotten on that scale! my metabolism is slow as heck, i believe the weight came from me eating golden corral over the week end, cause i have been doing pretty good this week, my workouts have been pretty good, ive been drinking plenty of water, i mean this really sucks! what a let down, i mean monday when i weighed in i was 169 and now i am 171, i dont get it!

I HAD A GREAT GREAT WORK OUT TODAY, I DID A MILE RUN AND A MILE WALK, 100 CRUNCHES, 4 SETS OF PUSH- UPS, I WORKED MY BICEPS AND MY TRICEPS AND OF COURSE MAY LOWER BACK ( THATS HOW I KEEP MY WAIST LINE SMALL).. I GUESS I GOT THE ENERGY AND THE MOTIVATION FROM RENTTING MY HOME BACK IN FLORIDA THATS BEEB ON THE MARKET FOR 3 MTHS, YEA! NOW IF I CAN CONTROLL ALL MY EATING I WILL GOOD TO GO.

TODAY WAS A PRETTY KOOL DAY I STAYED PROMOTING AND MARKETING MY MUSIC AND PROMOTING MY LIL COUSIN YOUTUBE PAGE, I WENT FOR A MILE WALK IN THE HOT SUN. I WILL BE HITTING THE GYM TOMORROW, BUT NOW I AM BOUT TO GET READY FOR WORK, IM HOPING FOR A BUSY NIGHT SO TIME WILL GO BY FAST

today is weigh in, and i am back on track, i lost 1pd, i am 169, which is pretty good after my wild food weekend, i also got back in to the gym and had a great workout, although i didnt get a chance to finish, because my thigh started hurting, i did 100 crunches, i walked 2miles, i did lower back and sides and trained my legs ang thighs

today is fathers day and we are still in florida, so me and my boyfriend decided to go out to eat, and we wanted to do it buffet style,, he is kool and a great supporter with what i eat, i am jealous of him though he has a great body he can eat any thing and not gain weight, any ways enough of him, imma slip a fat gene in his drink, lol, so we did Golden Corral, and i pigged out, but i was suppose to if you are followin my blogs, i worked hard for this, up until friday i didnt eat no meat, just fruit ,vegetables, juice and a whole lot of water, so i went to the buffet 3 times, come tomorrow i will be back on track

ok this is the day of my uncles wedding and we are late, i got off work late so i slept in late, the wedding is in orlando florida, and i am in columbia south carolina a 7 hr drive, weddin starts at 4 and i didnt get up till12noon and hit the road at 230, boy were we late, so yes i miss the wedding and the food but we did meet family and friends over to my uncles house for the wedding party, where i ate some wings, but i had already pigged out on 2much grilled chix salad w/ almonds anyways, so i was fine, and had a great time

okay toady was my fifth day going with out meat, but i broke it today during dinner, and i feel over full and horrible, i overate and i am miserable and tomorrow is my uncles wedding and i want to pig out but come monday for weigh in i am gonna regret it, so let the right choices began!
