Still Going Hard

Well Ive been doing a 4 mile walk and run evry day now for tha last week and a half, And I must say all is good,Still eating no to low carb and a lot of water, and I feel great,,,

4mile a day

Morning, I must say I am up and ready for a wonderful day,, I have a lot of energy this morning and I am about to put 2 hrs of it in the gym... Ive been doing 4 mile every day this week, a combination of walking and running and I can tell the vast improvement already in my body,,,,, I have no diet plan, Im just doing low carbs 2 no carbs and water water water.

Retrain The Brain

Believe it or not you are not the only one with the holiday weight gain,,, I am to, all the fasting and the meat I cut out I still gained a few pounds, I was surrounded by so much Food, good good food. Now its time for me to Retrain The Brain, get back on track and everything else.
This week has started off great, Sunday I went to GNC and bought Super Greens health drink (powder Form) pretty expensive, a 50 dollar set back, uh huh,Ive had it b4 its a great antioxidant and a great way to get your Veggies in, I drink one glass every morning along with a banana and a apple. followed by lunch and dinner which can be a number of things, I have no planned meals yet just no to low carbs....
My work out plan for the week is pretty simple, 4miles every day (7dys)whether its walking or running, and a ittle weight training

New Year New Resolution

Here we go, time to putin that gotta loose weight Resolution, that starts off great but end up a wreck, lol yall know what I am hencing on,,,, I am one of those people, so this year for me how about eating healthier, cause I cant seem to stick to a diet plan, may be that will work bettre for me, your thoughts?
