my fight to great health

Ive been working out religiously, Im talking about 4mile run/walk for the last 5 days, and I am filled with energy on top of energy, not only have I been doing cardio, I've been working out on abs, arms and legs,,,
My eating habits is another story, for the most part Ive been doing pretty good but I have been eating a few sugary foods too, which is a no no in my diet, so I gotta get back on track, I am not perfect I get that sweet tooth sometimes, and I eat something sweet so I wont indulge,
Brkfast-Horehound herb tea, 5 carrots, 2 tangerines, banana
lunch- grilled chix ceaser Salad
dinner-tilapia, shrimp and vegetable
