Getting Back on Track


I went to the South Carolina State Fair yesterday and had a ball,,,, Great exercise, we walked for about 2hrs, and I ate some of their big juicy wings, 9 for 9 dollars, Now it is time for me to get back on track,,,
Today I will be eating the norm , banana and yogurt for breakfast. grilled chicken salad for lunch and baked chicken and veges for dinner,,, and loads of water,I will be doing between a 4 to 6mile walk and run outside in the cool weather which is perfect for me
