my fight to great health


breakfast- banana, yogurt, coffee

lunch - grilled chicken ceaser salad

dinner- yellow rice, butter squash, lamb chops

Today is going well. I am in good spirits and tons of energy, I had a good workout, 2mile run, 2 mile power walk, 2- 4 sets of leg raises, abs, lowerback and sides,,,I will return to the gym on Wednesday and next week I will be starting Pilates,

Today for dinner I will be trying something new, Butter Squash and Lamb Chops, My boyfriend and I picked the Butter Squash out of his cousin Garden, so I am excited about this, I will be posting picture and how to cook the Butter Squash, you can also buy from your local grocer
