breakfast-5 scrambled egg whites w/onion and fig fruit, OJ
lunch- tuna salad, water
dinner-mixed vege plate and house salad
late snack- banana
This morning for breakfast I decided to eat some of the Fig fruit we picked off my boyfriend's Cousin house, they are good and sweet, I'm not sure of their health benefit's but I am sure like all fruit there are some,, I will post later,,, I'm trying a different lunch today Tuna Salad, yes, no Grilled Chix Cesar Salad,, and no workout I will be hitting the gym again on Wednesday
