Great Meal Ideas by Kimberly Mack
I thought I would share some of my class mate delicious lunch (i.e dinner) plate) although I am not a fan of bread of any kind these meals can still be great with out them, Take a look for your self, Thxs Kim.
Jen! You gotta have bread! LOL No seriously when I went to a nutritionist she encouraged me to eat from every food group every day in moderation---the take is if you eliminate it all together from your food intake, once you add it back into your diet you will go over board. I usually only eat it once a day but hubby twice a day because he needs it more than me! I'm not a huge bread eater but do have it to try to stay balanced.
Well I agree you should eat from every food group but bread is one that doesnt do it for me and it works for me! you know almost like a person who doest eat meat, a vegetarian, So go ahead you can have mine, my treat, Thxs for sharing Kim.
