Got it in!

Today I got it in,, I work my tilly tail off.. I was about to give up but I kept it moving... I did my 2 mile walk/2 mile run, that Ive been doing since the beginning of the year, 4 sets of push up, 4 sets of leg raises, lunges, lower back, abs, and sides,,, ummm did I leave any thing out, naw I think I put it all in.. Then I ate a late Brkfast, Grilled chx and egg white omelet along with a sml ceaser salad... Im good now, I just gotta wash it down with some water.....
Tuesday was also a good day at the gym, I was joined with a cpl of girlfriends, we did a 15 minute ab class, and cardio, then we had lunch at the Olive Garden, Wednesday was the norm for me, I had a good work out that day too, Tomorrow I am looking forward to taking a strengthing class
