Retrain The Brain

Believe it or not you are not the only one with the holiday weight gain,,, I am to, all the fasting and the meat I cut out I still gained a few pounds, I was surrounded by so much Food, good good food. Now its time for me to Retrain The Brain, get back on track and everything else.
This week has started off great, Sunday I went to GNC and bought Super Greens health drink (powder Form) pretty expensive, a 50 dollar set back, uh huh,Ive had it b4 its a great antioxidant and a great way to get your Veggies in, I drink one glass every morning along with a banana and a apple. followed by lunch and dinner which can be a number of things, I have no planned meals yet just no to low carbs....
My work out plan for the week is pretty simple, 4miles every day (7dys)whether its walking or running, and a ittle weight training
