Morning, I must say I am up and ready for a wonderful day,, I have a lot of energy this morning and I am about to put 2 hrs of it in the gym... Ive been doing 4 mile every day this week, a combination of walking and running and I can tell the vast improvement already in my body,,,,, I have no diet plan, Im just doing low carbs 2 no carbs and water water water.
