Yes mam, Labor Day is over, and I had a great weekend, I ate more than usually but still maintaining my weight. My boyfriend grilled turkey wings, regular wings, 2 cornish hens, peas and corn, yellow rice and Jiffy corn bread, and the kicker is its only me and him in the house, lol, I think he is trying to sabotage my diet, this is when discipline comes in,lol.
I had a lite breakfast this morning, banana, apple and coffee, lunch will be a grilled chicken salad, (homemade), and a lite dinner,and a late snack.
