Time to work out

Brkfast- banana nuts and yougurt
snack- Banana
lunch Salad and veges
dinner energy drink
Well as I stated earlier I will be doing a no meat diet up to Chritmas, very interesting, gives me a chance to see how the body acts or change w/o the meat,, 4mile walk and run is the plan for to day,,, LETS GO!
